Our coaching approach

1. A whole human focus

We consider all aspects of our lives-- self, family, community, work-- in the personal development and leadership work.

2. Our systems

We work to understand our systems (e.g. school, work, home): how we interact with and are influenced by our systems to deepen our ability to enact change.

3. Reflection and experimentation

We build a practice of reflection and experimentation for the process of change to unfold intentionally with continuous learning and discovery.

4. Connection and community

We catalyze change under the premise that learning and growth are social processes. Coaching and group experiences create impactful paths to development and processing life's twists and turns.

What past clients say

"Working with Christine was an incredibly enlightening experience. Her positive, solution-focused questions opened my eyes to new perspectives and possibilities I hadn’t considered before. She has a gift for creating a safe and open space where I felt encouraged to explore my thoughts and desires without judgment. Her gentle yet insightful approach helped me gain clarity and confidence in my next steps. I left the session feeling inspired to act and deeply grateful for her guidance."

"Christine’s questions and intentions allowed me to be in a safe place to share what I was really thinking and realize what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Without the values session we did together, I would still be sitting there struggling. That session changed me."

"Christine was instrumental in helping me visualize and plan for a significant change in my work identity. She had a warm, yet structured way of keeping me on task. Without Christine’s guidance and thought-provoking questions, I would not have developed my next steps and moved forward with my consulting business."
